Saturday, May 21

All official application forms and or phone entries must be received by your State Selection Chairperson. You may update your marks my phone, email or Fax.

Sunday, May 22

The General Selection Chair will determine the athletes to be invited based upon entries received by your State Selection Chair. Each state is guaranteed two invited finalists in each event, with the remaining athletes to be determined by the best marks of entires from all participating states. Each state’s relay teams will be selected by the State Selection Chair.

Friday, May 27

Confirmation Deadline.
Selected finalists and alternates will be notified of their invitations by phone, Fax, or E-mail.

Saturday May 28, 2011 Midnight

Both finalists and alternates must confirm acceptance or non acceptance by phone, Fax, or E-mail to their State Selection Chair.

Sunday, May 29

Invited athletes not confirming will be dropped from the meet, and alternates who have confirmed will be notified by phone, Fax, or E-mail as vacancies occur.

Friday, June 3

Mandatory check-in 8:00 A.M.-10:00 P.M. at Meet Headquarters, MCM Elegante Hotel

Saturday, June 4

Mandatory check-in 8:00 A.M.-2:00 P.M. at Meet Headquarters, MCM Elegante Hotel
